Chad helped my husband and I find a home in Lexington while we were living an hour and a half away. He wasn’t pushy, but wanted us to find the right home for our growing family. It’s been great living in a house rather than an apartment. Chad was happy to work with our choice of bank but also was able to make recommendations for inspectors/loan officers/etc which we felt were reliable and trustworthy people/businesses. He also made sure we knew all our options, for example: renting while a new house is constructed.
